Microneedling

This multi-use, non-surgical treatment allows patients to treat several signs of skin aging, including wrinkles. Also called percutaneous collagen induction therapy, microneedling involves using a unique device that creates micropunctures in the skin. Rather than leaving scars or injury, these tiny punctures stimulate the body’s natural regeneration process of dermal remodeling.

Treatment sessions typically last around one hour, though this can vary, depending on the number of treated areas. Most patients will need a series of 3-5 treatments to see optimal results and lasting improvements.

Skin Booster Treatment

Our skin booster treatments involve using specific hyaluronic acid fillers that can improve multiple aspects of the treated areas. In addition to wrinkle removal, these injectables can boost the overall texture and appearance of treated skin.

Treatment sessions for skin booster injections last only a handful of minutes in many cases. However, this can range, depending on the number of areas treated. So, patients can expect anywhere from 15 minutes (for mild, targeted treatment) to about 1 hour (for more extensive work). Recovery is generally mild, with little more than minor swelling or redness for a day or two at injection sites.

Smooth Threads

Our PDO Smooth Threads treatment is a unique way to address skin wrinkling. An experienced physician can use this treatment to smooth and tighten the skin while also promoting collagen production. Together, these effects generate a more youthful facial appearance overall.

This thread lift treatment works by using dissolvable sutures as thin as a strand of hair that are placed under the skin. By using them in specific locations, we can tighten the skin, naturally kickstart collagen production, and provide lasting wrinkle reduction.

Wrinkle Removal Recovery and Results

As each of our options for wrinkle reduction is a non-surgical treatment, patients will not need to be faced with long recovery periods. Any side effects are typically limited to mild swelling or redness, but even these fade within about two days for most patients. Our skin booster treatments, smooth threads, and toxin treatments all usually only minor side effects lasting no more than 24-48 hours (while the benefits can last for months to over a year). Microneedling may require a few days of time after a session for the skin to disperse any redness and swelling. But even this treatment tends not to interfere with a patient’s daily life.

Our wrinkle removal treatments tend to produce lasting results while also not requiring long-term commitment from patients. Part of the consultation process involves matching patients with treatments that deliver the quality and duration of results that align with their expectations.
