What Is the UltraClear Laser?

UltraClear’s ground-breaking cold fiber laser technology offers a truly modern way to revitalize your skin. Clinically proven and FDA cleared, UltraClear rejuvenates your skin using short, concentrated light beams. These beams gently remove the damaged or dull top skin layers while also triggering a natural healing response and collagen/elastin production.

What UltraClear Can Do?

UltraClear can target a range of cosmetic concerns associated with aging or damaged skin, including:

 • Wrinkles and fine lines
 • Pigmentation concerns
 • Age spots and sun damage
 • Uneven skin texture
 • Acne scars and mild surgical scars
 • Enlarged pores
 • Skin dullness or roughness

Why Choose UltraClear?

Minimal Discomfort

The UltraClear laser delivers impressive results without the intensity of traditional lasers. You get a gentler experience without compromising on visibly radiant skin.

Treatments That Fit Any Schedule

With an average session time of under 30 minutes, anyone can make time for an UltraClear
treatment. A single lunchtime visit can kickstart your skin rejuvenation with time to spare.

Safe for all Skin Types

Everyone deserves to have access to healthy, radiant skin. The advanced energy control of UltraClear makes this possible, avoiding unwanted thermal damage to melanin-containing cells.
This key difference makes it both safe and effective for patients of all skin types and tones.

Rapid Results That Last

UltraClear delivers timely results that are here for the long run. A light peel can begin showing improvements within 2 to 5 days of treatment. With deeper treatment options, patients can achieve results that improve for up to a year and then can last 1 to 5 years.

UltraClear FAQs

In short: it is the cold fiber laser technology. Without this technology, traditional lasers deliver energy and heat but at the cost of discomfort and a longer recovery. A cold fiber laser like
UltraClear still delivers that energy but with less heat, minimizing thermal damage (via 3DIntelliPulse tech) without compromising on addressing your target skin concerns. The cold fiber technology is also why it is safe for all skin tones. From dark tones to light, all patients can access a treatment that brings out their best.
An UltraClear treatment experience can be summed up in three words: quick, comfortable, and effective.
 • Quick: A full-face treatment typically takes only 20–30 minutes.
 • Comfortable: Patients generally report a 0–3 on a 10-point scale, with lighter treatments involving little to no discomfort. Even more intense treatments or treatments on sensitive areas are well-tolerated with topical numbing. Common descriptions for how UltraClear feels include: warm, prickling, or a “spicy” sensation.
 • Effective: Depending on your treatment, you may begin seeing results in as few as 2 days. With the proper number of treatments, patients consistently see results that meet or exceed expectations.

Most patients will need no more than 1–3 treatments. Lighter rejuvenation with UltraClear can take as little as one session. Multiple sessions are generally best for moderate signs of aging or
concerns like acne scars that require a stepwise approach.

While UltraClear typically does not require any true downtime, there is still a recovery period. Light resurfacing typically involves about 2–4 days of mild redness or peeling. For deeper
treatments, patients may have up to 5 days of more notable peeling and redness. We recommend avoiding anything that could further irritate your skin until it heals, including:

 • Strenuous physical activity
 • Sun exposure
 • Harsher skin products (e.g., acids, abrasives)

Results typically begin to appear once redness and peeling resolve and then can continue to improve over the following months. Collagen and elastin will progressively rebuild, further rejuvenating your skin. Deeper treatments may even result in continued improvement for up to a year.

Total result duration will depend on factors like age, health, lifestyle, and more. Below, we break down what the average patient can expect based on treatment type.
Ultralight Treatments

 • Results Last: ~1–3 months
 • Best For: Maintenance, events, early skin concerns ("prejuvenation")

Light to Moderate Treatments

 • Results Last: ~3–12 months
 • Best For: Fine lines, pigmentation, mild texture issues

Deeper/Advanced Treatments

 • Results Last: 12–24+ months
 • Best For: Acne scars, deeper wrinkles, significant sun damage
